It's Atlanta or bust for Miles next season (just like this past season was for Richt) and LSU isn't going to ATL so my answer is Miles.

Nope.
Miles is looking good going forward. That new DC hire and contract shows his strength.
I am still not sure Sumlin is even coaching in College Station next year.
