I'm guessing it's the irony of the statement "ain't save", which makes it funny considering the context...

I think his father is gonna have a bigger problem with the poor grammar than the trash talk.

If we are going to start attacking grammar of football teams, players, and coaches then we will definitely have a lot to "discuss".
