So you guys are saying that UGA will continue to rat our players without it being proven by the NCAA? Kirby will not fight to make the NCAA prove their case? If it happens, I just don't see Kirby letting it go down the same way.

You're overestimating the power Kirby has when it comes to these issues. The Compliance department is there to protect the University and they're not going to put the University's name and reputation at risk so a player won't be suspended. I can also assure you that our compliance department would not have acted as quickly to report what they did to the NCAA as well as suspend Gurley if they weren't 100% sure Gurley had taken money for those autographs. There are details to the case not known to the public that were very incriminating.
