If it's out of the HC's hands, and we know it is, then everything that's happened to this point is on McGarity. He's put the football team at a competitive disadvantage in the interest of minimizing damage to the swim team, etc.

So you guys are saying that UGA will continue to rat our players without it being proven by the NCAA? Kirby will not fight to make the NCAA prove their case? If it happens, I just don't see Kirby letting it go down the same way.
