I'm sure you said the same about Arian Foster, who at this stage wasn't on Hurds level.

he never lived up to the hype at UT, and so far Hurd hasnt either.

Put down the pipe already DJS.

Hurd had over 1000 all purpose yards as a true freshman behind a TERRIBLE oline and 1200 yards on the ground thus year behind a mediocre line and is a beast in.pass protection and catching our of the backfield.

He has far surpassed the hype if you know anything about football.

Somehow his YPC went down as a sophomore. Under 5 ypc back to back years isnt special in any way. If he surpassed the hype with that performance, he didnt have much to begin with, but we all know he was a 5 star. Is he even a top 3 SEC RB going into next year?

He's the clear cut #2 next year behind Fournette

Our common opponent Bama indicates we are better and your savior Fournette is really not any better than Hurd. He just runs behind a better line and breaks huge rubs against terrible defenses.

I love how you use the only common opponent that Hurd had a better game against. Go ahead and list the stats for the other 3.

I'll wait.

The team losing both RBs to get touches this year? Please take the Bama dick out of your mouth.

It's getting downright embarrassing at this point.

That says more about UT than it does about how good of a RB he was at UT.

Michel averaged 1.1 more yards per touch in 2015.

In other words, it took Hurd 50 more plays to produce 2 more yards than Michel in 2015.

If you watch the games you would no.he gets hit behind the line of scrimmage and turns nothing into something more than any other back in the SEC and is absolute money in touch short yardage situations.

He's the Tim Tebow of rbs

Bama was the best run defense and Fournette choked. Hurd turned it up as usual. The best players perform the best against the best competition.... Not scrubs like Syracuse and Auburn.
