Not in Chucks perfect world of tv shows. They would no doubt make an exception to the rule by enforcing the rearely used but highly contested.....Chuck Norris Roundhouse Rule. Roundhouse kicks, spinning back punches and front kicks will be allowed.

Good point. Rules don't apply to Chuck Norris. Only Chuck Norris applies to Chuck Norris.
