I don't think anyone is denying that. Even Bert.

He took a man's word allegedly and that changed fwiw. Lesson learned and make SEC-non competes in future assistants.

At least we don't play them for a long time. Bert may not even be here in 2019.

Good luck signing top flight assistants. Also, no competes that try and go across state lines are usually against public policy. You can probably increase the buyout/penalty for going within conference, but I doubt Arkansas would be benefitted by overreacting to one assistant leaving to work with former colleagues at a better program.
