You're really for Arkansas taxpayers footing the bill for projects in other states? Because Tom Cotton's grandstaning isn't going to cut federal spending. It will just mean that we get less than we pay for.

Arkansas is a poor state. We are not the ones to lead the way in "straightening out Washington". We have infrastructure needs which are not being met, and we're sending out money to be spent by other states.

It is maddening, I agree.
