Their AD and it's commitment to football. They have the location, the facilities are getting better, and the education is second to none. There's no reason they couldn't be the Stanford of the East.

i'm pretty sure vandy has no AD. they disbanded it some years ago and I haven't heard they added it back.

it's weird I know. but vandy began to really compete in baseball after said change and football got better too (franklin was coach).
