Those top Offenses didn't really play any teams with much of a def so it is a little misleading to me. OU got lucky to me in those big games that all the teams had a backup qb playing.

OU played Baylor with Stidham, with no drop off in their offensive production and an excellent passer rating(Stidham would start for Alabama). They destroyed TCU until Mayfield and Perine went down. Cant really hold that against them or anybody that played Baylor or TCU. OSU didn't have a true starting QB they both played large roles in each game, and the perceived starter came in and threw an INT first possession.

Those top 5 offenses were not top 5 caliber without their starting QBs
