We will probably get McElwain or Kirby, depending on who is more successful at their current school.

I love it. If Kirby is good enough for Bama he ain't leaving Athens. I'd say the same for McElwain at UF and he didn't play for UF. As I stated, Bama will find it difficult to pull a coach of the quality it wants to follow in Saban's footsteps. I've got no beef with Bama. But when saban leaves and their back to hiring striper bangers I will enjoy the melt.

Unless they're feeling so much heat they think they need to jump to stay employed why would either leave for Bama?
Hell, McElwain only has what 3 years of Bama ties to begin with and Smart will be coaching at his Alma Mater.
