Kinda wondering that myself. But I guess if anyone can "walk through the valley of the shadow of death" I suppose its him. I wish him well. I have always liked Coach Richt even as he has pretty much owned us for a decade and a half.

He has been credited with such, however, he said Dre Greenlaw (our starting Frosh LB) wasn't "SEC Level" Robb Smith offered him a few days after being hired, while his picks for LB never see the field.
The majority of players Bert has had to kick off the team for disciplinary reasons have been Shannon recruits.
The rest of his recruits have all been buried on the depth chart by underclassman.
Like I said, vastly over-rated.

He will also take talent away from UGA. Many recruits came to UGA to play for Richt not to play at UGA.
