You are crazy. Why would you not want Richt, simply because Georgia fired him?!? They are crazy for doing so. They only fired him because they are much higher expectations then they should. Georgia is a great football school, but any school should be happy with these results, especially Mizzou fans:
Richt's Recruiting Classes:

So those numbers are pretty staggering. There's somethings to be said about that. Obviously, Georgia is a bigger name school, and more importantly it is in a great area for recruiting. No one is denying that. But that doesn't change the fact that Richt is an incredible recruiter.
Another thing some of you may argue is that Richt does less with his talent, while Pinkel did much more. Well, Pinkel may have done a good job developing talent, but since 1995, Georgia has had 107 players drafted in the NFL, good enough to be tied for 5th of all college through that time period. Mizzou couldn't even be found of the list.
So Richt can recruit, and he can put players in the NFL, but what about winning? Final AP rankings for both schools since 2000:

So Georgia had 7 top ten finishes, and finished ranked in 12/15 years. Mizzou had 2 top ten finishes, and finished ranked in 5/15 years.
So I ask you all, why not Richt? This information took me about 10 minutes to find and post, easy enough for anyone to see the surreal difference between Richt and Pinkel. Georgia got greedy and fired a great coach just because he hadn't been doing well recently.
Hell, even if Richt has gotten worse, and he is only able to produce like he did at Georgia from 2010-2015. That would be a hell of a jump for Missouri. Finishing ranked 4 out of every 6 years, 2 of those in the top ten, i'm sure every Mizzou fan would gladly take that.
So I plead with you fellow Mizzou fans, we want Richt!

Should not even be a question by any Mizzou fan.

Geez, sounds like you kinda like him??

Richt sucks.
Sorry, he couldn't even win at Georgia. His results are getting worse and he sounds like a guy more interested in fly fishing and tee times than taking over a program
HARD MOTHERfrickING PASS. No way, he'd be a complete disaster here.

Because he can't get those classes at MO, and if he couldn't win it all with those classes he has no chance at MO
