First time to Baton Rouge and Tiger Stadium. I had a great experience. Every LSU fan I met indicated that the tailgating scene was dead compared to most weeks, but from my perspective I thought the tailgating was phenomenal. They also gave me more than enough food and drinks throughout the day.

Tiger Stadium was all that it is billed out to be. Even though there were some sections in the upper deck that weren't completely full, the noise level was incredible. I also loved the way your DJ would play songs in between snaps to hype the fans up on defense.

The people who say LSU fans are terrible must be thin skinned. Of course I heard a few "Tiger Baits" during the game, but I was dishing out some banter as well in the first half (not so much in the 2nd half since our team chose not to show up after halftime).

All in all, I will definitely try to go back in 2017 when we go to BR again.

Agree totally. Went to CS in 2013 and their fans were as good as I've ever seen. Loved my trip. Everyone greeted you with howdy and a smile. Would have went back this year if I didnt get that little thing called cancer. Look forward to going back.
