I don't think so and that's because there wasn't weeks of rumors and Richt having to answer questions amid all those rumors.
I know you all hate the media and some of that is deserved but your AD is as much to blame if not more.

LSU loses 1, maybe 2 games with Georgia's schedule. Alabama and maybe Tennessee.

Richt hasn't won the SEC since 2005. He's never won a National Championship though he's been close. He has had a losing season (6-7 in 2010).
Plus its easier to say its time for a change when Richt has been there 15 seasons as opposed to 11.

Georgia handled it correctly. Richt wasn't "fired". They decided "mutually for him to step down."

It's not that LSU did or didn't fire Les, it's the shitty way it was handled!
You leak stories that he is going to be fired, have no comment on it, let him just hang out for a week, than when he wins his last game come in and say he is staying..

Richt has been doing the exact same things for over a decade and consistently shitting the bed. As good of a guy Richt is, I understand his firing over Miles, who has delivered yall a national championship in the past decade.
