If Texas can beat OU this year, and Oregon State can knock off some of the great Pete Carrol USC squads several times, then Auburn can definitely beat Alabama at home in a one game knock-out scenario.

There's no SEC team aside from Vanderbilt that doesn't have half a dozen or more future NFL players on their roster. Auburn certainly has SOME of the pieces to cause trouble on offense. Throw some turn overs, a key injury, and crazy plays (because that NEVER happens at home for Auburn LOL) and I can see how they can steal one.

That being said, I think the gap is pretty big. Bama wins something like 38-13
