Would Les be better for USCe than Kirby?

If you were the AD at Carolina or Mizzou wouldnt you have to consider Les? I'm a big coach Smart fan who thinks he 'll do well. Les is a proven HC tho.

Yes. Kirby would be better off at Va Tech IMO to prove himself. Not sure what USCe thinks.
