frick no, I'm the opposite on this. I want Les to stay, I'm truly frickin pissed at what is transpiring as we speak. I hope we beat the brakes off yall, probably not. Getting rid of Les is putting me in a weird place of sorrow and I truly believe that he can turn it around with one more year.
