which quality coaching changes could you make? No one worth a damn would want to be a part of that. I

Well, hear this out. LSu has a pretty talented but young team on offense. A new OC could make a huge name for himself by coming in and making the necessary improvements. Turn it around at LSU and suddenly you're in very high regards, your future would explode upward and it would lead to a Head Coaching job. These guys are up for the challenge, cocky egos with a huge upside and limited downside. Turn it around and you're the man, don't , Les gets canned and it is still blamed on Les. The risk is minimal with a potential huge reward.

Les has shown he can turn it around, he's done it once before at LSU.

A new OC

No thanks. Les has fired and hired a lot of OCs throughout his tenure. Offense has mostly been stagnant no matter who he has brought in. He will never change his philosophy, so it doesn't matter is another would be brought in.
