Yes, miles should have gotten another year. Next year he would probably have had the most returning players he's ever had. I think we've crossed the Rubicon now though. If you keep him, which quality coaching changes could you make? No one worth a damn would want to be a part of that. It's why we got stuck with Steele and the BBQ champion Bradley Dale Peveto.

Well, hear this out. LSu has a pretty talented but young team on offense. A new OC could make a huge name for himself by coming in and making the necessary improvements. Turn it around at LSU and suddenly you're in very high regards, your future would explode upward and it would lead to a Head Coaching job. These guys are up for the challenge, cocky egos with a huge upside and limited downside. Turn it around and you're the man, don't , Les gets canned and it is still blamed on Les. The risk is minimal with a potential huge reward.

Les has shown he can turn it around, he's done it once before at LSU.
