Absolutely...and this is the point that most people seem to miss. With the exception of Mett in 2013, LSU's offense since 2008 (especially the passing game) has been mind numbingly one dimensional. That's all well and good if it works but if it doesn't, Les has proven repeatedly that he has no Plan B. Also, you have the constant issues of horrible clock management, wasted TOs and at times, looking like a Chinese Fire Drill when the game is on the line. (Tennessee 2010, anyone?)

I would love nothing more than to see LSU succeed under Les. He's a quality individual and he's been a fantastic representative for LSU. The fact remains that often times, the Tigers do things (especially late in the season) that high school teams correct after their first couple of games.

All makes sense but, he deserves 1 more season, he has earned it. To fire him now will likely set us back in recruiting, and at best, it's a dangerous gamble. Just my opinion, but I think the damage is done now anyway, might as well do it.

Yes, miles should have gotten another year. Next year he would probably have had the most returning players he's ever had. I think we've crossed the Rubicon now though. If you keep him, which quality coaching changes could you make? No one worth a damn would want to be a part of that. It's why we got stuck with Steele and the BBQ champion Bradley Dale Peveto.
