Saban has also stated the he is sick of the fans wanting to fire him every year after 1 loss.. And also that no matter what he does at Alabama, he will always be overshadowed by bear bryant. So why not come back home to LSU and be loved no matter what and be our Bear Bryant?

Because not even Nick Saban can make LSU a top 5 program. You have overachieved and have been all you could ever be, now you'll simply be what you are.

Bryant was beloved.
Saban will never reach that status.
We do, however, recognize the 08-15 (and counting) as the best 8 year run in the HISTORY of Alabama football. I don't know how many wins he has before Bama (which is 100 at Bama), but matching Bear's total of NCs isn't out of the question. He's already sitting at 4.
