I don't think next year is pretty.
My only hope is that we did such a bad job evaluating talent on offense that there's some good players who didn't play.
The year after that may be a little like last year without all the wins. But, yeah, I'd be looking at a two year rebuild.

Agreed 100%. Ask yourself, about whom in the offense are we saying, "Man oh man, I can't wait to see XXX next year."
or
"Glad XXX is back next year. We can build the offense around him"
Not pretty, indeed.
