nobody is going to turn down a multi-million dollar paycheck to stay at coordinator, unless they just know in their heart they really aren't up to the job.

I think if anyone but Odom is the HC then Kul is very likely gone.

I've also heard that Pinkel likes the idea of Odom taking over, of course also probably likes the idea of Henson taking over too..
