Yea, I mean, look at all this below. And while looking, keep in mind he this was his first head coaching job. Guys like Malzahn have gotten semi-passes for "learning on the job", well Jimbo was learning on the job at FSU as well.

FSU Pre-Jimbo as HC
2005 - 8-5
2006 - 7-6
2007 - 7-6
2008 - 9-4
2009 - 7-6

FSU with Jimbo as HC
2010 - 10-4
2011 - 9-4
2012 - 12-2 (ACC Champ)
2013 - 14-0 (ACC Champ) (National Champ)
2014 - 13-1 (ACC Champ) (CFB Final Four)
2015 - 8-2

They've gone 29-3 in the ACC since 2012.

Bowden had them in a huge rut. I feel like FSU was on the verge of being texas under mack brown. The record stayed around 500 but the rot in the program got really deep.

I feel like its the danger with Miles as well, we might not have a below 500 season but being lazy and quitting could take hold if we don't make changes.
