Honestly after seeing enough of these dumb frick hipster wannabes, many repeat patients, destroy an ICU with their altered mental state and imperviousness to pain perception the answer is I have very little sympathy for anyone who fricks around with spice.

So like most health care workers you don't know anything about substance abuse and view these patients as bad people. What are you? An orderly?
