No, because by law the list would then have to disclose the exact amount in USD that each official was paid to miss each of the corresponding penalties (for tax purposes), as well as disclose the names of any and all Tide boosters involved in the facilitation of each and every payment, and so the officials' union pushed hard for, and won, some sort of privacy clause while renegotiating its contract with the SEC a few years back.
