Practically yes. It would take some 2007 insanity and lots of teams getting upset for them to creep back up IMO.

Florida, although lower ranked, has the better shots, wins over FSU and Alabama in back to back weeks would surely vault them into the top 4.

how far does Bama fall when Miss State beats them

and should MSU be ranked above them at that point

Stanford has a lot better QB than LSU

3 teams ahead of us are guaranteed to lose. So if we win out, we just need help from 2 other teams and not to get jumped by anyone. We'll probably lose another game, but we're not out by any means.

Im not a LSU fan...but every team ranked in the top 14 is still in. Teams are going to lose...Bama still has a couple tough games...the big 12 is a joke and they will now knock each other off scoring 66 points in pinball games. Stanford, Nuetered Dame will knock one out and they could still lose another game...Clemson will probably face UNC in acccg and get upset....a lotta football left...get back with us in 2-3 weeks and the landscape will have changed. If Miss State upsets Bama they could jump from 17th to 9th...afterall CFP moved Okla State eight spots for beating over rated TCU.
