Cause when your playing Commander in Chief of the M-I-Z and war-gaming with the National Guard on where they should park the tanks........you don't want anyone looking outside and realizing there's nobody out there and that it's all a bunch of bullshite.

If it goes like most Klan appearances, there will be about 8-10 klansmen and 500 people protesting them. It's comical that they even get trotted out as a threat anymore. They're pretty much the Swiss Navy of boogeymen at this point.
