I just hate being reminded about depressing shite when I'm trying to get hyped for football. Is that selfish?

youre the kind of person that should pay attention to these stories and realize that there is more to life than a football game. I think thats part of the reason they do this. We get so pumped about these football games, sometimes we forget about what is actually important.
