OSU screwed themselves. They chose to let Pryor and crew play in a bowl game and accepted 2011 as their bowl ban year. The way I see it, they got off easy. Should've been hit with lack of institutional control.

100% agree with that. they got by on the old 'oh our players weren't told the rules' excuse which is in itself basically admitting to lack of control.
