I think that's money more than anything. Read an article that stated Miami won't be paying more than 3M a year. That excludes every HC in SEC i think.

Tubervilles age is not doable. Who ever takes this job on the cheap will have to earn every penny of it and work their arse off. UM will look for fresh face 38-50 yr old and a up and comer with the right price tag. I kid you not...UM has no money in the till. Agents have already been informed about what UM can pay and other details.
