I know it means a lot to ya'll. heck, man, when manning was at Tennessee and those big years when Cutcliffe was OC and Tenn was winning, the bama game was still crap - it was the Tenn/Fla game that was of interest.
Georgia/Florida was a big game; AU/Alabama. I'm aware of some big games but the Al/Tenn game has never been a must see game unless your a fan from one of those schools.

The last 31 years the series is 17-14 Bama. That is pretty dang even.
In the last 30 years the following has happened.

So 27 out of the last 30 matchups one of the two teams was in the top 10 with almost a third being both teams top ten. Bama has a 57% win percentage over virtually that timeframe so it is fairly balanced too.
So quit it with your acting like this rivalry hasn't ever been relevant even in the last 30 years much less 60.
