UT would have to win occasionally for it to be hatred any more. Bama just shows up, whips that arse, and moves on. As an Aubie, I'd like to see the Vols win periodically. This used to be a GREAT Game.

Back in the day, Auburn used to play Florida the same weekend as TSIO. Was an intense day in the state of Alabama with major SEC implications.

As we did with Auburn in the seventies, yet it didn't stop us from hating Auburn with every fiber of our being.

Alabama leads the series 51–38–7. They win more than "occasionally."

The rivalry has always been streaky.
