I don't know how much people would use it. I don't know the full story of what happened this weekend, but the only way you're going to stop the jaywalking of kids running out into the road is by putting barriers up that make it literally impossible to do or by planting cops up and down the street and ticketing people

It's very sad though. Having such a high traffic road next to all those bars with a ton of foot traffic is going to create some bad situations
