Can't be mad about the effort.

Beat UGA and head to Atlanta hopefully for a rematch.

That TD before the half killed us.

Team showed incredible fight in the second half.

Not upset with the effort but unsure how we're not ready for a fake fg with Mile's history. Also, a really poor effort by the secondary. They got picked apart by Harris. DBU my arse.

I blame the first half on a crazy week and worrying too much about LF7. That team played great in the second half.

I hope everyone takes this away - even with Harris, we are legit contenders in the east. That whole situation tonight was a sumbitch for Treon and the whole team really, and they aquited themselves as well as a team that ultimately lost could be expected.

Remember when we were hoping for 8? Well, we have an excellent shot at Atlanta right now. That's awesome, and I really hope everyone stays positive.

If we see LSU again this year, we'll have seen their best shot, but they won't have seen ours.

Agree we don't need to hear DBU for awhile. The score at the end of the half goes back to missing tackles we had Harris and he slipped through our arms. And the fake FG not sure what Vern was looking at the kicker went left immediately. We fought back and our D played better in the second half. I still think we win the East. Fournette seems like a decent guy based on his postgame. Calloway is a beast my new favorite on the team right now.

And will the mods here do their job and get rid of the two people down-voting every post any gator makes? It's ridiculous.

Seriously, I know a sports forum isn't the highest priority, but this has been going on at least a week now.

It was a great game. I really believe 3 things. Maye doesn't slip on that bomb, VH3 knocks down that flea flicker pass or Calloway doesn't drop the TD pass. We do one of those 3 we come out on top. Coach Mac is the real deal.

14-1

Damn I just saw the UGA score. Holy shite.

I'm expecting a war in 2 weeks, but damn..

If Treon has 2 weeks with a real offensive staff for this game, we might blow UGA out.

I also think that this was the game were the oline youth finally bit us in the arse. Couldn't get any type of run game going all night.

It was bound to happen at some point.

I don't think we'll see a better defense though for the rest of the year.

I can easily see us heading into the FSU game at 10-1.

We held LSU to 7 points in 3 quarters. To me that is a plus you fix the one quarter we are good. We essentially got beat on a flea flicker. A hail mary and a fake FG. A lot to look forward to.

Missed the game because I was with my girlfriend (for work), my mom was texting me the entire game practically. I just want to say: Our days of getting absolutely blown out are over. We won't lose huge in a long, long time. Proud of the team, and of course we lose on a fake field goal.

Les Miles is a bigger sham than Muschamp -- so little creativity but somehow just gets that one bounce that he needs to pull off games that Muschamp didn't have.

It'll be interesting since LSU finally has to play the tough part of their schedule.

Only saw the Q4, but this is all I really asked for going into this season. If we beat UGA, 2-1 vs them/LSU/MO ain't that bad.

I'll say, I do like Les a ton as a coach. For other SEC teams, I usually respect LSU the most.

Overall, we'll be in good shape under JM.

Harris seem to be scared of contact. Hopefully we change the offense to suit Harris a little better . We have to find a run game if it means running Harris more or running a wild cat . We really missed Grier in this game. It seem like at the start of the game we tried to run more and then we gave up. It going to be interesting to see what the offense looks like against UGA.

One positive take away from the game was our WR's. They created seperation all game against a solid secondary. #81 is going to be special.

If Muschamp had Fournette he'd still be coaching for Florida is all I'm saying. Without him, LSU is mediocre. Talented defense, shite offense. There is no way they don't drop a ton of games without a future Hall of Famer on their team.

Usually there's a little warning that a fake is happening...like the holder getting up (as the rules require)

OMG - please do not compare Muschump to Les Miles. Miles is a perennial winner, has built one of the most successful programs in all of sports. Chump destroyed our football team and is systematically killing an Auburn team that was a top 10 team preseason. His stink is contagious.

Muschamp almost beat Miles I can't remember how many times. Meyer dominated them during his tenure and really -- Mac should have had no chance.

Like I said, if Muschamp had Fournette, he'd still be here.

If Miles didn't have Fournette, he'd be looking at another 8 win season like last year and they'd be mediocre again.

Beaten by State at home. DESTROYED by Auburn. Beaten at home by Bama and blanked by Arkansas. (With a loss to Notre Dame to cap off the season.)

Seriously, he barely wins against competition he ought to destroy. They'll get their wakeup call soon enough.
