I buy chicken hearts at Safeway right smack in the heart of Washington DC on a regular basis. Take 'em home, fry 'em up, eat 'em like popcorn. Way better than gizzards, but I like the gizzards, too. Livers, on the other hand, aren't fit to feed to a dog.
