This one probably matters the least, actually. Defensive and Special Teams scores count against this number. It's a stat that's fun to brag about, but doesn't always paint an accurate picture.

Congratulations on your gigantic scoring defense improvement.
In 2015 Through five games A&M has given up 105 points.
In 2014 through five games A&M had given up 75 points.
Nothing says gigantic scoring defense improvement more than giving up six points more per game.
