For a while I was wondering if Bobo was back. What was with all the runs up the gut with obviously nothing there and not trying to get to the edge more? I could only catch the first half but seems like we hardly attempted outside the tackles at all. Surprised there weren't more turnovers as well considering the conditions.

You should be begging for Bobo to come back

we did try to run outside the tackle. the bama defense never over-pursued and kept good gap coverage. our RB's would literally stop and look for somewhere to go. yesterday would have been a good opportunity to let the fullbacks pound some d linemen but we never even tried.

Terrible play calling. How long did it take for us to finally use the toss sweep? shite it worked for a decent gain the first time we used it, but we were probably down 24-3 at that point. We also never used Michel from the slot or throw him any quick screens or slants. Our TE's hardly were used and when I did see them, we were in a 4 wide set. If we are going to use the TE as a reciever, then we need to do it out of the I or Ace or similar formation, but not with the TE split out wide.
The rain affected us but Bama had no problems with it. It was also noted during the game that the Bama side was taking precautions from the rain, like keeping hands dry, etc....while UGA did nothing. Yet I only remember UGA dropping the ball while trying to throw it or dropping passes.
