Arkansas isn't in the bottom tier of sec programs. They've won a west title in the last decade.

Ok. So they won a division title sometime in the last 10 years.
Meanwhile, in the last two years plus they have 2 conference wins. Here's a clue. They are currently a bottom tier SEC team. Disagree all you want but the facts are what they are.
