This thread is the biggest pissing contest I've seen in a while. Very amusing.
Indeed it is.
We're just sorry for being the ones that can tell you how deep the water is down there.
But your stream is pretty nice....

The SEC sucks. South Carolina sucks. My life sucks.

Take it out on your wife and kids. It helps.

I don't have a wife or kids. I'm 27...still trying to figure my own damn life out before I deal with someone else's.

I said Wisconsin's winningest coach ever, which you seem to have intentionally ignored. He already had a higher winning percentage thañ any coach in their history.

Winningest and highest winning percentage are not the same thing. Barry Alvarez is the winningest coach in Wisconsin history.

If Bert had stayed he would have passed him. He only needed about 50 more wins which he could have easily gotten in about 6-7 more years, if not a year or two sooner. He was winning at a quicker rate than Alvarez had.
Now he can barely win an SEC game, using the same principles and philosophy. The competition is just so much better in the SEC.
When is the last time Indiana (4-0 I know), Iowa, Illinois, Purdue were any good? Even Vandy had back-to-back 9 win seasons recently.

And why do you think that is? I'm not thinking it's because there is so much happening in that part of Tennessee. I'm guessing it's because Franklin was a damn good recruiter and a pretty good coach. Why do you think Vandy is not sustaining that success? Hmmm.

Iowa is also 4-0. They also have been pretty good within the last 5 years. The last 2 or 3? No, not so much. This year they are like Indiana off to a 4-0 start. But talent wise, they would whoop Indiana ten ways to Sunday, but they are a physical football team. Besides their loss to Tennessee last year, Iowa has fared pretty well verses the SEC in bowl games over the years. They also have one BCS Orange Bowl victory over Georgia Tech (or maybe Clemson) back in 2010. They don't embarrass the Big Ten like Purdue or Illinois that is for sure.

He uses the same principles and philosophy as Les Miles and Nick Saban. He went from the 4th best program in the B1G to the 11th best program in the SEC. It should have been obvious he wasn't going to win as many games when he went after $

No.
Arkansas isn't in the bottom tier of sec programs. They've won a west title in the last decade.

Ok. So they won a division title sometime in the last 10 years.
Meanwhile, in the last two years plus they have 2 conference wins. Here's a clue. They are currently a bottom tier SEC team. Disagree all you want but the facts are what they are.

Where are they right now? Today? Trainwreck, IMO.

Well yeah but when someone ranks a program they usually use historically. Every program has up and downs.
But yes, now they aren't good.
