I wonder, what if the UofA endowment gave back to the strategic "20" lost high school districts in Arkansas? Mena, DeQueen, Texarkana, on and on. 200K per year each annually. Surely improvements could be done. Legal?

I am from south Louisiana and now live in Gilmer. I can say that the Gilmer ISD is the absolute best I have ever seen. The football program is also very well maintained starting in about the 6th grade, with the buckeye builder program. The kids have basically the same coaches and system from 7th grade until they graduate high school. By the time the kids get to varsity they already know the playbook and all the signals. It took Jeff Traylor (who went to UT) around 12 years to build it the way it is. I went to a 7th grade game the other day and we had a legit 1500-2500 fans in the stands. It's just amazing.
