Very little, we'll do it but it's not something we go after unless it's really slow elsewhere. Prefer to do all the site work, underground, and streets in a residential development and leave the home building to the home builders

Residential work is a pain in the dick. If you ever hear that yall are having trouble getting bonds in a timely manner, feel free to start a thread.
