Who gives a frick what Kelly said?
If he gets fired at Philly and there's a head coaching job available at a decent school for the right price, he'll be coaching in college again.
Few things are as worthless as what comes out of a coach's mouth.

He won't need to do any real recruiting after his stint at Oregon followed by back to back 10 win seasons in Philly using "his offense". That is before you even consider that he would be at Texas whose "horrible recruiting years" still are top 20.
Chip Kelly could do less recruiting than John Chavis and still end up top 5
