If he hadn't committed treason, he'd have been one of our biggest revolutionary war heroes.
I still have a tad of sympathy for him. It isn't like he's the only middle aged man to lose it all because he couldn't resist the allure of a young female.

His wife planned the whole thing. Her disrobing incident to allow him to get the hell out was a great move on her part.
