Apparently this guy has an entourage with him at all times in Starkville and he's a local celebrity. Mississippi State is literally the only school in America where that could be a plausible scenario

Do you really believe that? He's an idiot and embarrasses 99 percent of us. Anyone that stops and takes a picture with this idiot is doing it as a joke.
