I say it is complete BS... He is a idiot for doing it and I do not agree with his thought process.
There was no property damage and someone was making a point to please society. I am tired of the PC crap and this is another example. Kick him out of school and keep the money he paid. Put him on probation and make him do 200 hours of community service in the projects
