1960 is an interesting season to say the least

You have Ole Miss at 10-0-1 -odd to read that they were 5-0-1 in SEC play yet back then there were 12 teams! (GT and Tulane)

For those that dont know Mizzou shite the bed at home against kansas which was later forfeited to them as ku used an ineligble player and won the Orange Bowl for an official 11-0 campaign

Minny took over #1 from MU and then promptly lost the Rose Bowl for two losses but has the official AP title to this day because of the final vote was done before the bowls in those days.
