I remember the huge freakout everyone experienced before last year's Mizzou game due to the Gurley suspension. It was total doom then Mr. Nick Chubb, Hutson Mason and the defense totally destroyed Missouri and everyone was ecstatic.
I want to feel like that again. Go Dawgs. Bury the chickens.

Positive spin: Connor Mitch is out this week. Now if the Ole Ball Coach really does look ahead to our game and throw more time in to game plan against us, that just may have thrown a wrench in his gears.
Reflection: Remember the last time we played USCjr in our house. (41-30 UGA) That game wasn't as close as the score indicates. Yes some variables have changed, but we play well at home. Since '05 (Spurrier's first season) we've averaged 32 points at home vs USCjr's 27 point average. We are 5&5 during that time with the majority of our wins being at home. Throw in the positives i.e. their starting QB out, game is in our house, Heisman RB (Chubb), more experienced D (Lo C, L Floyd, Jenkins), and everyone is healthy & Present (NOT SUSPENDED)...
My thoughts: I'd rather us just kick their teeth in regardless of who's playing, but given just this info I sleep better.
28-17 UGA

This is the same pussy attitude that's plagued us since Erk left.

I say let's hang half a hundred on the OBS. Rollout our secret passing strategy and blow him out!

Not this time.
It's going to go down like this battle.
We are of course the boys representing the SPQR (Bulldog Legion led by General Marcus Richtae).....the Gamecocks will play the role of the Godless heathens that will be slaughtered.

Experience has taught us that Richt's teams will come out dead flat at least once per season. Thus, it's easy to think "We should win. But...."

So Richt dies at the 50 after stabbing Spurrier?
Should make for an interesting Sports Center Saturday night.

Losing a home game to Kentucky and having the worst run defense in the conference are not the marks of a master tactician.
Georgia could obviously lose, but we're a big favorite for a reason. Lots of reasons actually.
Tell that to GTU in 2009. Due to the UK loss at home, everyone was picking Tech, even our own fans, and we know what happened.

The myth that "Spurrier has owned us at South Carolina" is just that, a myth.He is 5-5 against us
"Currently owning" isnt a myth though:
- 4-1 in the last 5
- 5-3 in the last 8

UK had much more trouble with his backup in the game, so this could very well be a negative.

But it really was since it was a back and forth battle until the end. They were one yard away from making it a 4 point game with 10 minutes to go.
