You sure about that? My last visit was in '98 and it wasn't there at that time. Still, that's pretty cool that it lasted this long, because I had no idea.

Yes, it was originally on residential street at the backlot tour in MGM Studios. When Disney tore down residential street (in 2004 I believe) to build Lights, Motors, Action they moved the display to Streets of America.
